• Treb Ryan

    Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures that businesses depend on for communications and commerce. He is currently considered one of the top thought leaders in SaaS and sits on the Software Executive Board at the SIIA.

    Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution. Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999 and ultimately sold to MFN in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Prior to co-founding SiteSmith, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Professional Services for GlobalCenter, a pioneer in the hosting and Internet services marketplace. Mr. Ryan has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including CIO, venture capital, Internet, hosting, and software conferences. He attended UCLA and is an advisor to the UCLA CLAS fund.

  • Rick A. Morris

    Rick A. Morris, PMP, OPM3 certified, an ITIL Practitioner, consultant, author, mentor, and creator of a non-profit foundation to promote Project Management in charities and other non-profits. Rick is currently the Owner/President of R2 Consulting, LLC. Rick is an accomplished project manager and public speaker. His appetite for knowledge and passion for the profession makes him a sought after speaker at PMI chapters, various civic organizations, and a frequent guest lecturer at local universities.

    Rick has worked for organizations such as GE, Xerox, and CA and has consulted to numerous clients in a wide variety of industries including financial services, entertainment, construction, non-profit, hospitality, pharmaceutical, retail, and manufacturing. Rick has two books (“The Everything Project Management Book”, 2nd Edition published by Adams Media and “Project Management That Works!” published by AMACOM) that were released in 2008. Rick’s third book “Stop Playing Games” was released in October 2010 by RMC Publishing at the PMI World Global Congress.

  • Johna Till Johnson

    Johna Till Johnson is president and senior founding partner of Nemertes Research, where she sets research direction and works with strategic clients. She has decades of experience in IT structure, processes, and organizations and has worked closely with senior IT executives at leading organizations across a broad range of industries. A widely regarded expert, Ms. Johnson regularly speaks at numerous trade shows, conferences, and seminars, and writes an insightful weekly column in Network World.

    Ms. Johnson relates to the challenges senior executives face, as she’s managed large technology operations. Before founding Nemertes, she served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at Greenwich Technology Partners, a $60 million infrastructure consulting and engineering firm. At GTP, she secured $5 million in funding, managed strategic technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions, and ran the technology practices to which GTP’s consultants and engineers belonged. She also managed the laboratory services, oversaw training, and performed consulting for strategic clients.

    Prior to joining GTP, she headed the $12 million Global Networking Strategies Service business unit of META Group, where she advised Global 2000 IT organizations, vendors, and service providers. As senior technology editor of Data Communications magazine, Ms. Johnson managed the lab-testing program, and in the early ‘90s was one of the first experts to accurately predict and justify the rise of the commercial Internet.

    Ms. Johnson also has designed and developed security, speech-synthesis, and free-space laser products at companies including Mosler Security Systems and Digitus Corp. She holds a BSEE (CS) from The Johns Hopkins University, has conducted graduate work in nuclear and particle physics at the University of Rochester, speaks three languages, and published a science fiction novel in 1995.
